Eclipse Day Geocaching Event

Sooo…what is Geocaching? Geocaching is an outdoor ‘game’ where people all over the world use multi-million-dollar GPS satellites to find hidden ‘caches’ with their smart phones. More at this link:

We’re having an event for all Geocachers just before the Eclipse Day Festivities at the Kelly Little Green Men Days Festival.

Sign-in will start at 8:00 AM Monday, August 21, 2017 at Kelly Station Park. There will be free Event Buttons (just like the graphic above) for the first 250 to sign-in, on site, on Eclipse Day with valid Geocaching names. Attendance Certificates will be available for email delivery to all who sign-in. So if you’re a Geocacher, or just interested, this is the event nearest the Site of Greatest Totality. The event will run from 9:00AM – 10:00AM.

Following the event, be sure to stay for the Eclipse Day fun at the free admission Kelly Little Green Men Days Festival. Who knows – maybe they’ll come back during the eclipse?
