Forgotten Skills Workshop @ Downtown Renaissance District | Hopkinsville | Kentucky | United States

Roam around downtown to the Farmer’s Market, Griffin’s Studio, the Library, Milkweed, Pennyroyal Area Museums and more!

What will you do if the lights go out – permanently? How will you survive? How will you cook, preserve food, make clothes, keep yourself healthy or even entertain yourself? Participate in a Technology Black Out as you explore skills that our ancestors practiced in an electricity-free world. Learn to sew, spin, weave, dye, knit, crochet, quilt, make pottery, and so much more. By the end of the day, you’ll be armed with skills to help you survive if technology and civilization as we know it fall apart!
