The Kelly "Little Green Men" Days Festival  2013 will be much larger and will consist of various entertainment, carnival rides, children games, arts and crafts booths, and of course food vendor booths.

This well Documented Event Occurred on August 21, 1955, in Kelly, Kentucky.  What actually occurred on that fateful night is still a mystery, but we are determined to celebrate its occurrence!
