Pumpkin Patch Opening Day

After a spring and summer full of farm fun, join us for the first day of Fall fun at Christian Way Farm, LLC & Mini Golf! Pick a pumpkin from the patch, choose a pumpkin or other Fall favorite from our selection in the country store, take a ride around the farm on the hay ride, climb on the hay castle, grind corn (to feed to our farm animals who are eager to greet you!), and wind around the corn maze.

Farm favorites like petting the animals, playing a round of mini golf, enjoying a pizza from the Christian Way Cafe, and simply enjoying the Fall on the farm are available alongside the Fall activities. For a full list of what to expect at Christian Way Farm, visit www.christianwayfarm.com .

Legend of the Bell Witch

EVENT UPDATE: Due to the threat of bad weather and the re-scheduling of Downtown Trick or Treat, the Legend of the Bell Witch event will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 30th at 5:30 pm at the Pennyroyal Area Museum.

Make your Halloween more frightful with the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County!
Join us Halloween night at 5:30pm, immediately following Downtown Trick-or-Treat, at the Pennyroyal Area Museum for William T. Turner’s recounting of the Legend of the Bell Witch. This haunting account of a poltergeist-like spirit who terrorized the family of John Bell in nearby Adams, TN is the most well-known ghost story in the region. Whether young or old, this tale is guaranteed to send chills up your spine! This Hopkinsville Halloween tradition is FREE to the public.
This event also offers you the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the old Post Office completely empty in preparation for upcoming renovation of the Pennyroyal Area Museum. The big, empty building is sure to add an extra layer of mystery and spookiness to this popular ghost story!
Contact the Museum at (270) 887-4270 for more information.
