Christian County CSFP Enrollment

Are you a Christian County Senior at least 60 years old with limited income and in need of food?
You may qualify for the USDA Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) Senior monthly food box program.
The CSFP monthly food box contains 12 non-perishable food items and a 2 pound block of cheese.
New and updated applications will be taken for the (CSFP) Senior Box Program on:

9 a.m.-3 p.m. CST
Christian County High School Gymnasium
220 Glass Ave.
Hopkinsville, KY 42240
(Park around back and enter through the rear gym doors)
For application process All Seniors, even if you were previously signed up for the CSFP Program, must attend in person* and provide the following:
Picture ID to show proof of address and birthdate.
Know your gross monthly income for the entire household.
*(Power of Attorney paperwork accepted if applicable)
