Juneteenth Bus Tours

June 15 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm CDT

We’re taking our show on the road on a special bus tour that follows the African American History Cell Phone Tour. The tour will visit sites primarily on the east side of Hopkinsville.

The bus will load and the tour will begin at the Boys & Girls Club (1600 S. Walnut Street). Tours will be narrated by Gwenda Motley and Alissa Keller, Museum Director and will last about 45 minutes.

There is no cost to ride, but each tour is limited to 10 people – first come, first served.

This opportunity is offered in conjunction with the Hopkinsville Juneteenth Celebration. The event will be held at the Boys & Girls Club from 1pm until 6pm and features vendors, a fashion show, food trucks, and more. For more information, visit Hopkinsville Juneteenth Celebration on Facebook.

Tours begin at 1:15, 3:15 and 4:15
