Hopkinsville’s first and only craft beer brewery in the city’s and county’s history, Hopkinsville Brewing Company is a two-and-a-half barrel nano brewery. They have 4 fermentors online with each one producing 88 gallons of beer in a batch. From start to finish, each batch of beer takes approximately 3 weeks to brew. Want to see it up close? Just ask. One of our brewers is on site for tours whenever we are open.
