Come pick up your race packet (including your official race bib), race shirt, visit with a slew of running vendors and stick around for the carb-load pasta dinner, all on September 27, 2019 at Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex Hopkinsville. The Expo will run from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, giving runners/walkers the chance to beat the crowd and enjoy some fellowship the night before the Inaugural Hoptown Half Marathon & 5K. The Hoptown Harvest Festival kicks off with an incredible night of country music! The Pennyroyal Arts Council is bringing rising star Stephanie Quayle to the historic Alhambra Theatre on Thursday, September 26th at 7:00 pm!
This special event is presented by McGee Pest Control, with 101 tickets provided free for military. General admission tickets are $20 per person and they’ll go fast, so you’d better be quick!
As a newly inducted member of CMT’s Next Women of Country class of 2019, Stephanie Quayle is celebrating a breakthrough year in country music. Named one of Rolling Stone Country’s “Top Artists You Need To Know,” Quayle is known for her high-energy live performances across the country, while sharing stages with artists like Brett Eldredge, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce, and more.

You are invited to join the Christian County Military Affairs Committee for a fun day touring some of the most beautiful and well decorated homes in Christian County, followed by lunch and the opportunity to win door prizes. The luncheon and tour is part of Salute Week.
The tour starts at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Hopkinsville and ends at Oakland Manor.
Cost: FREE for military spouses | $10 for civilians
Detailed schedule:
9:00 AM: Meet at La Quinta Inn and Suites (345 Griffin Bell Dr. Hopkinsville, KY 42240) for light breakfast, welcome and tour itinerary.
9:30 AM: Leave to begin tour. Participants can drive themselves or ride with a group on a bus.
Noon: Tour ends at Oakland Manor (9210 Newstead Rd., Hopkinsville, KY 42240) and lunch begins.
1-1:30 PM: Lunch ends
