The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County invites you to join us for Edgar Cayce Morning Exercises on Wednesday, March 11, 18, and 25 at 10am in the newly renovated Pennyroyal Area Museum. This routine is a simple, healthy morning exercise program designed to get your day started on a positive note. It is inspired from the works of Christian County historic figure Edgar Cayce who was born March 18, 1877. Suitable for any age, condition, or place!

The exercises will be conducted in the McCarroll Gallery of the Pennyroyal Area Museum – located at 217 E. 9th Street in downtown Hopkinsville. The program is free and open to the public.

Awaken, cleanse, and strengthen your mind, body, and spirit during this 20-minute program!

Looking for some fun AND free daytime exercise? Join us Monday mornings (9-11 am) and/or Wednesday afternoons (1-3 pm) for Pickleball at the Hopkinsville Parks & Recreation Center! And on Monday evenings from 5:30-8 pm (from January 6 to March 30) there’ll be more Free Pickleball at the Rec Center!

Located at 2600 Thomas Street, this game is completely free to play, including complimentary equipment (paddles and ball) check-out with valid ID. Pickleball at the Rec Center will last from October 16, 2019 to May 20, 2020. All ages and skill levels are welcome to play. Participation is done on a “drop-in” basis.
