Let’s try this again! The Summer Stroll scheduled for this past Friday evening was completely rained out, so let’s have a do-over this weekend!
Join the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County for a summer stroll downtown to learn about the architectural features of our historic city. Learn to tell the difference between crenellations and dental molding, and which building has been built more than once.
Attendees will gather at the Woody Winfree Fire-Transportation Museum at 310 E. 9th Street at 6:30 pm to start the stroll. The tour will last about 90 minutes and will cover approximately 1 – 1 ½ miles.
Call the Museum at 270-887-4270 or stop by the Woody Winfree Fire-Transportation Museum at 310 E. 9th Street to reserve your spot. Admission is $10 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the Museum or online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/rescheduled-summer-stroll-downtown-walking-tour-tickets-64184755331
