MAC Blood Drive

Have you missed the last few blood drives on Fort Campbell? Great news! We are partnering with Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and bringing the blood drive to Hopkinsville.
Did you know only three percent of people in the U.S. give blood. A third (33%) of the public has never considered that blood may not be available when a loved one needs it. Join this wonderful group of people who care by donating blood at the next Blood Drive at the War Memorial Building on Wednesday, July 20th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Appointments are available NOW…make an appointment by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS or online at http://www.redcrossblood.org/make-donation and search for zip code 42240. An appointment can save you time!

A Tradition of Service Above Self: 70th Hopkinsville Rotary Auction

Since 1950, the Hopkinsville Rotary Auction (and its generous community donors) has raised over $11 million to donate to the Hopkinsville Community College Rotary Scholars Program, giving local high school graduates the opportunity to attend HCC tuition-free. This year, in the spirit of #HoptownRotary‘s century of service, the 70th Hopkinsville Rotary Auction — chaired by Scott Cowan — carries a theme of “A Tradition of Service Above Self.”

Scheduled for Sept. 14-19, 2020 at the War Memorial Building (1202 S. Virginia Street) in downtown Hopkinsville, this year’s Rotary Auction will be ONLY offer bids by phone. There will be no in-person options at the facility, including the cancellation of the diner and sweet shop. Supporters can listen on WHOP or watch the live stream on www.HopkinsvilleRotary.com.

The Auction also helps support the Rotary loan program and other youth and education-based efforts in the community. The financial support of our donors not only makes a significant difference in the lives of Christian County students, but it also works to improve the overall quality of the available workforce. Over the years, this annual auction has grown into the largest single fundraiser in all of Rotary International.
