Exploring Mexican Folklore

Camille Acosta, Kentucky Folklife Specialist, will present “Exploring Mexican Folklore,” at 1:30 p.m. July 1 at Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library, 1101 Bethel St. Camille will lead a discussion on the history of horror stories and monsters in Mexico including La Llorona, El Cucuy or El Coco, and El Chupacabra.

This is part of our 2023 Summer Reading Program, “Fairytales, Folktales and Myths.”
