Come get fit with us! IFT Training will offer three free fitness classes at the Outdoor Amphitheater near Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library, 1101 Bethel St. The classes are scheduled for 11 a.m.-noon April 6, 13 and 20.

This is a hybrid class that will include cardio exercises and strength training. Participants are encouraged to wear tennis shoes, comfortable clothing and bring water.
