LIPSTICK AFTER DARK, GIRLS MENTORING IS A SCHOOL BASED MENTAL HEALTH PREVENTION PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR YOUNG WOMEN

Our mission is to be a group facilitated mental health prevention program . Our focus is on adolescent female mental health. (Depression anxiety stress and emotional imbalances etc )

The vision is to empower young women with the confidence to understand self worth, overcome obstacles and barriers that they encounter in their everyday lives

Programming will consist of self confidence, bullying, depression, sexual activity, peer pressure, body image, social media, academic problems, family dynamics, exercise etc..

This program is designed to help build sisterhood bonds and provide adolescent teen girls with resources when in need and emotional support.
