Fun

Christian Way Farm Opening Day/Easter Egg Hunt

The Farm fun returns on Saturday, April 3, 2021! Come pet and feed the farm animals, play a round of mini golf, take a spin on the lawnmower train or race a tricycle. Enjoy Hunt Brothers pizza and wings (and more!) in the Christian Way Cafe, play on the playground, shop in the country store, challenge a friend in a game of Gaga ball, or just enjoy the wide-open space on our farm to run and play.

Our farm-themed 18-hole mini golf course also opens again for 2021 on Saturday, April 3, 2021! Join us during the day for mini golf fun, or come golf in the evenings when we turn on the lights over the mini golf course – a fun Kentucky evening out in the country! Complete your day with a stop at Christian Way Cafe for pizza, wings and more.

Also join us to celebrate Easter during our Easter Egg Hunt on our Opening Day, April 3, 2021. In addition to our regular farm fun, all day we will hide eggs throughout the farm and then give your child a bucket to use to gather them. Return the bucket of eggs to the store and receive a package of goodies to take home. It’s a great day of fun for everyone!

Join us throughout the day, just stop in the store when you arrive (tickets will be available for purchase when you visit the farm if you don’t purchase online), pick up your bucket, and begin your hunt all over the farm! Admission is $10 per person (age 2 and above), and mini golf can be added for an extra $7.50 per person. Learn more about the Easter Egg Hunt, visit https://christianwayfarm.com/easter-egg-hunt-2/.

Visit us Monday – Saturday starting at 10 AM beginning April 3rd. Find out more at christianwayfarm.com.

Mercury Blonde Live

Mercury Blonde is a nationally touring Americana/Southern Rock band based in East Nashville, Tennessee. The band was formed in 2017 when each member decided to make the move to music city to pursue a career in music and ended up finding each other through the vast network of open jams. Each member of the band is from the east and the mid-west area of the United States.

The band released their debut record “Left on Gallatin” in 2018, recorded in Coop DeVille Studios by Wes Little, where each song has its own meaning on how to approach certain life situations, past relationships, and also admitting that sometimes the best course of action is to just run away. The sounds of rocking slide guitar remind you of Derek Trucks, and the vocals give you the songwriting sense of Steve Earle. This record encompasses the sound of Mercury Blonde with their new sounds of Americana mixed with old school sounds of rock n’roll.

The band has toured across the state of Tennessee, performed on live radio for the Blue Plate Special radio show in Knoxville, they have traveled as far south as Austin, TX to play the Red Gorilla Festival, and have made their way north to play The Elbo Room in Chicago and Frankie’s Blue Room in Naperville, IL.

Mercury Blonde is fronted by lead vocalist Zach Sarapas, with Dan Wecht (lead/slide guitar/vocals), Mario Galati (bass), and Tyler Peck (drums).
